Products and Services

Our product offering includes two standard products, plus custom consulting on an hourly basis.  The two standard products are Assessment/Triage and Network Services:

  • Assessment/Triage: This product/service would precede all other services, and would be required for all potential clients.  Assessment/Triage involves an on-site visit, where our IT professionals examine the current network topology at the client site, identifying immediate security weaknesses, flaws and vulnerabilities. Recommendations are then made for critical vulnerabilities for immediate action, as well as less urgent actions that should be implemented over time as conditions allow.
  • Network Services: This service is our core IT product, and covers Remote Monitoring, Asset Tracking, Remote Management, Patch Management and Anti-Virus.
  • Vulnerability Monitoring: An initial internal/external vulnerability scan is included in the initial assessment and is offered as an option to continue periodic vulnerability scans to monitor for potential weaknesses in the client’s network.
  • Optional Services: Offered on a per hour or scheduled rate, onsite or remote:
    • Network Services (Firewalls, Routers, etc.)
    • Hardware (Servers, workstations, printers, etc.)
    • Consultation – (Network, Portico, etc.) including:
      • Discovery
      • Engineering
      • Design & Implementation
      • Contract Reviews or Negotiations
